TKNBYT Payment Policy

Effective Date: 25 May 2016

  1. Deposit and Payment Terms:
    For all bookings made on or after 25 May 2016, a deposit of 35% of the total fee or full payment is required within three (3) working days from the date of the initial booking request to secure the specified date and time. The booking will only be confirmed upon receipt of the deposit or full payment.

  2. Confirmation of Booking:
    A booking is not deemed confirmed until the required deposit or full payment has been received by TKNBYT. Until such time, the date and time requested will remain available for other clients.

  3. Final Payment:
    The balance of the payment must be settled prior to delivery of the final content. TKNBYT reserves the right to withhold final content until full payment has been received.

  4. Cancellation and Refund Policy:
    In the event of cancellation by the client, the deposit is non-refundable unless otherwise agreed by TKNBYT. Any refund or rescheduling terms will be discussed on a case-by-case basis, in compliance with applicable consumer protection laws.
